Our NO SPAM Policy

We do not support spam or the use of our system and tools for spam. Unsolicited emails of any type will not be tolerated. Here are the rules.

instantmillionairetools.com allows only COI (Closed-Loop Opt-In/Confirmed/Doubled Optin) mailing lists. More information on COI can be found here. This means you cannot manually add someone to your list or import your existing list into our system. We also do not allow co-registration leads into our system. In other words, only leads generated through your own website will be allowed. There are NO exceptions.

If a spam complaint comes against you, we will review it against your account to see if that person is indeed subscribed (or was subscribed) to determine if it was a complaint due to SPAM or due to forgetfulness on the part of the recipient. However, we will be the final arbiter of any complaint.

If anyone ever contacts you to be removed from the list, you must remove that person. Hopefully the person will use the automated tools but not everyone does that.

There will be no advertising of your autoresponder or this web site in any way by means of bulk unsolicited advertising. This includes direct bulk emailing of advertising going directly to this site or an email address on this site as well as utilizing doorway pages that redirect through or link to this site.

Any legitimate complaint by an internet user about spamming will result in your account being shut down and actions taken by us (outlined below.)

If you spam, we will take the following actions:

Your account will be IMMEDIATELY terminated.

You will be charged a fee of $250 for cleaning up and terminating your account and a $500 per day charge for any interruption in our service as a result of your SPAM activities.

We will take legal action to recover fees if necessary.

We will block you from using our services ever again.

You will be reported to authorities.
You will be reported to your own provider by us as a spammer, where they will presumably terminate your account as well.

You must have a legitimate email address to use our system. Hotmail, Yahoo mail, etc. will not be accepted and will result in your account being terminated.

If you have been spammed, please notify us by clicking here with as many details as you can so we can verify the spam complaint and take appropriate action.

WARNING:

REMEMBER: Your MAY NOT use your autoresponder address as your Return Address, Reply to Address, or From Address when submiting to FFA pages or classified Ad sites. The sites that post your submission generally send back a confirmation or thank you notice to your real email address. If you break the above rule you would create a mail loop in which your autoresponder replies back to these confirmations. This would generate a tremendous amount of traffic and slow down the whole system. You must use your real email address to receive said confirmations. In short DO NOT USE your autoresponder address in any place other than the body of your material.
